Thanks seadrive! I used Aperture Priority, Center Weighted metering, but I judged the exposure balance through the EVF. The light changed dramatically so from the EVF I decided on the corresponding EV compensation. I used between -1.7EV to -2.3EV to get the right exposure.
I decided to ask you because the stolen camera was em-5 and as I remember you are working in Olympus. Might be a little possibility to track / find on Olympus side?
The firmware updater sends to the server the serial number of the camera, to download olympus viewer user have to enter the serial number and then it send to the olympus server too. By the way thanks. You are the man who made me try E-m5.
loved the rendering ...:)
ReplyDeleteThanks drpankajshukla!
DeleteFirst one. Love it. Your conversion to black and white is terrific in my view.
ReplyDeleteThanks Chris! Very simple and easy conversion, nothing special really.
DeletePerhaps, but it is effective none the less. :)
DeleteChris, I think it was due to the dramatic lighting. I did very little, the shot was already there!
DeleteCan almost hear the guy screaming or singing... :-)
ReplyDeleteJohan, screaming actually haha.
DeleteGreat shots, Robin! You're really settling in with that 45mm, I see.
ReplyDeleteJust out of curiosity, how did you meter the scene?
Regards,
Steve

DeleteHello Robin.
ReplyDeleteI have off-topic question: Is there any possibility to track / find stolen camera? I have the serial number, user manual, box.
You might want to try www.stolencamerafinder.com/
DeleteUnfortunately it cannot find my camera.
DeleteSorry to hear about the loss of your camera Алексей, i too have a case where my DSLR was snatched from me.
DeleteI decided to ask you because the stolen camera was em-5 and as I remember you are working in Olympus. Might be a little possibility to track / find on Olympus side?
DeleteNo we do not offer such service. I don't think any camera manufacturer can do.

DeleteVery, very nice indeed. The first shot would be my favorite. The rendering in B/W is lovely.
