Had Australian grain-fed sirloin for dinner. It was one of the closest thing I could taste to what I used to have in Hogsbreath, Northbridge WA.
Medium well done. Should have asked for medium, heh.
I shall be back real soon with proper updates.
On the other hand, I am getting rather fond to this super brief one photo per entry updates. Kind of refreshing after seeing truckloads of photos posts after posts in this blog, no?
