Farewell Moon

It was one week ago on one unsuspecting night that my colleagues decided to have a farewell dinner for Moon.

The dinner comes with karaoke in the menu, hence everyone was having a great time feasting awesome Chinese food while throwing out voices rhyming to the chosen karaoke tunes. A night full of laughter and superb singing. A night surely to be remembered.

Introducing Moon, the girl who sat next to me in office for more than half a year before the seniors decided to throw me downstairs into the miserable dungeon. Moon was one of the first few people I talked to when I joined this company middle of last year, and she has also been especially generous in helping me adjusting to the new working environment.

Whenever I have questions some really silly ones that I should be hiding from my seniors I would go to her or others sitting adjacent to me. I have come to know of her as a compassionate person, and a good friend. Unfortunately, she has found the grass to be greener elsewhere, hence leaving the company. I am sure many will miss her dearly.

It was a great joy seeing many colleague coming together in one celebration and have a really good time.
